Dream Garden – An AI-powered immersive exhibit that transforms visitors’ ideas and movements into vibrant, surreal ecosystems, offering a whimsical and inclusive exploration of artificial intelligence
Pixel Playground – A dynamic space blending digital innovation with physical play. Visitors can build animals from blocks to train an AI, design and test roller coasters, or paint using digital brushes
Body Worlds Decoded – Explore real human anatomy through captivating plastinates and augmented reality experiences, including a virtual dissection table called Anatomage (thetech.org).

IMAX Dome Theater – The center includes Northern California’s only domed IMAX theater, equipped with the first dome laser projector in the world for a breathtaking cinematic experience
Building & Design – The iconic mango-and-azure structure was designed by architect Ricardo Legorreta. Inside, you'll find standout artworks like "Origin" and the ball-sculpture "Science on a Roll" that blend art, science, and innovation.
Visiting The Tech Interactive offers an immersive journey through science, creativity, and technology. With exhibits ranging from sustainable energy to AI art, from human anatomy to cybersecurity, it offers thoughtful, hands-on learning that inspires innovation and a wonder for discovery.

The Tech Interactive is rolling out Homeschool Days just for you!
Shake up your schedule and enjoy a day of hands-on science, engineering, and creativity that complements your curriculum and keeps your learners engaged from start to finish.
Each Homeschool Day Includes:
Full access to all museum exhibits. Explore at your own pace.
An educational film in our IMAX Dome Theater
Mini STEAM demos led by our education team
Drop-In Labs at 11 a.m. & 12:30 p.m. including:
• Physics of Roller Coasters
• Simplicity of Electricity
Whether your learners are budding engineers, future scientists, or curious creators, Homeschool Days offer a flexible, social, and inspiring way to make learning fun.
Educator Package: Includes educational resources, interactive project ideas, trip organization, direct experiential opportunities to help better connect the experience with your students and complimentary chaperone ticket and IMAX film. Does not include student ticket.
Student Package: Includes engaging pre and post educational visit activities, trip organization and student ticket and IMAX film
The Tech Interactive Museum
Please use the information on this page (package type, venue name, price, etc.) to submit an order request with your school. Once your order is approved, your school will forward the request to us. We will then reach out to you with instructions on how to finalize your trip details and access accompanying resources. Once finalized, you will receive your e-tickets and any additional materials directly to your inbox within 1-3 business days. To ensure a smooth process, it is generally recommended to submit your order with your school AT LEAST 10 business days prior to your trip date, unless you are booking a venue that requires more advanced planning. *Please be mindful of your school's processing times and plan accordingly.
