Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Wild Explorers Field Trips sales are final unless otherwise specifically stated on the applicable product, field trip, or event page.

Tickets, passes, vouchers, reservations, educational materials, and other field trip purchases are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once they have been purchased, reserved, ordered, or processed on your behalf.

Because many of our products require Wild Explorers Field Trips to purchase or reserve admission through third-party venues, we are generally unable to change dates, transfer tickets, or issue refunds after an order has been finalized. Please carefully review all dates, times, participant information, package selections, and other trip details before confirming your order.

Some venues or special events may have additional cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, expiration, or refund terms. When more specific terms are listed on an individual product or event page, those terms apply to that purchase.

If a participating venue cancels an experience or makes a significant change that affects your reservation, Wild Explorers Field Trips will communicate any options made available by that venue. Refunds, credits, rescheduling, or replacement admission in those circumstances are subject to the policies and options provided by the applicable venue.

Charter-school and educational-fund purchases may also be subject to the deadlines, funding requirements, purchase-order rules, and reconciliation policies of the applicable school or charter organization.
