Terms & Conditions
By accessing this website, placing an order, receiving tickets or admission through Wild Explorers Field Trips, or participating in an experience coordinated through Wild Explorers Field Trips, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional terms listed on the applicable product, field trip, or event page.
Services
Wild Explorers Field Trips coordinates educational field trips, admission, tickets, passes, vouchers, reservations, educational resources, and related experiences with independent third-party venues and organizations.
Wild Explorers Field Trips does not own, operate, or control most participating venues. Venue schedules, hours of operation, admission requirements, closures, age restrictions, safety requirements, reservation policies, exhibits, programming, accessibility, and other conditions are determined by the applicable venue and may change without notice.
Orders and Charter-School Purchases
Certain Wild Explorers Field Trips products may be purchased using charter-school or educational funds. Customers are responsible for submitting the appropriate order request to their school or charter organization and for complying with that organization's requirements and deadlines.
Receipt of a purchase order or payment does not necessarily constitute final venue confirmation. Some experiences require additional participant information, dates, times, forms, or other details before tickets or reservations can be finalized.
Product Information and Availability
Prices, availability, package contents, admission options, and venue requirements are subject to change prior to final confirmation.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product or event page and confirming that the information provided with their order is correct.
When an individual product, field trip, or event page contains more specific ordering, refund, cancellation, fulfillment, expiration, reservation, or participation terms, those specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and apply to that purchase.
Supervision and Participation
Parents, guardians, educators, or other responsible adults are responsible for supervising the children in their care unless a particular program specifically states otherwise.
Participants are responsible for following all instructions, safety requirements, rules, and policies established by the participating venue.
Assumption of Risk
Travel to and participation in field trips, recreational activities, educational experiences, outdoor activities, attractions, and third-party venues may involve risks of personal injury, property damage, illness, or other loss.
By participating, the purchaser and/or the parent or legal guardian of participating minors acknowledges and voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with travel and participation in the selected experience.
Individual experiences may include additional releases, waivers, participation agreements, or venue-specific requirements.
Third-Party Venues
Wild Explorers Field Trips is not responsible for changes made by third-party venues, including closures, schedule changes, exhibit changes, canceled programs, weather-related interruptions, admission restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
When a venue makes a change affecting an existing reservation, Wild Explorers Field Trips will provide customers with the information and options made available by that venue.
