California Automobile Museum - Model T Assembly

This hands-on program lets students experience working on one of Henry Ford’s famous assembly lines. During a guided museum tour, students learn about Henry Ford, the history of the assembly line, and early Ford vehicles. After the tour, students create a three-dimensional Model T paper car in an assembly line, each taking home their own Model T paper car as a memento from the museum.

Important Info

• AGE/GRADE REQUIREMENTS: For 5th-8th Graders
• ALLERGY ALERT: Please let us know right away if your student has a food allergy so we can make any necessary arrangements
• CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All field trip sales are final. Extensive planning and detailed preparation goes into each of our field trips and we are unable to accept cancellations or transfers. Please ensure you are able to attend the field trip prior to registering.
• CHAPERONE POLICY: A parent chaperone is required to be present with their student on our field trips regardless of student age or grade level. Upon registering you MUST INCLUDE all attending, including any additional parents/chaperones or siblings.
• FOOD/DRINK RESTRICTIONS: Food and drinks must be consumed in the designated areas
• PARKING AND MEETING INSTRUCTIONS: Event meetup details will be sent out a week prior to your trip. 
• RELEASE OF LIABILTY: When registering, make sure to read and understand the Release of Liabiliy Policy before submitting your order

Educator Package Includes interactive project ideas, fun and interesting facts, engaging pre- and post-field trip activities better connect the experience with your student(s) and complimentary single chaperone ticket. Does not come with student ticket.
