Participant Agreement

I understand that Wild Explorers Field Trips is facilitating the purchase of admission and educational resources for an independently attended experience. Wild Explorers is not providing supervision, transportation, or on-site instruction during my visit.

By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms below on behalf of myself and any minor participant(s) included in my registration for whom I am legally authorized to act.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in recreational and educational activities involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, illness, injury, property damage, or, in rare circumstances, death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my visit and the participation of any minor participant(s) included in my registration.

 

Independent Participation

I understand that my visit is self-guided and independently attended. I am solely responsible for supervising all members of my party, following the policies and safety requirements of the venue, and determining whether participation is appropriate for myself and any minor participant(s).

Third-Party Venues

I understand that Wild Explorers Field Trips does not own, operate, supervise, manage, or control the venues, attractions, transportation providers, or other third-party businesses associated with these experiences.

I acknowledge that Wild Explorers Field Trips is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, conditions, or services of any third-party venue or provider.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Wild Explorers Field Trips, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation or the participation of any individual included in my registration, except to the extent caused by Wild Explorers' gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Medical Responsibility

I certify that I, and any participant included in my registration, are physically capable of participating in this experience. I understand that I am responsible for maintaining appropriate medical insurance and for obtaining any medical care that may become necessary.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If any portion of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability Agreement. I voluntarily accept its terms and understand that I am releasing certain legal rights on behalf of myself and any minor participant(s) for whom I am legally authorized to act.
