To receive tickets, memberships, park passes and accompanying resources, please fill out the required request form below.
Once we receive your form, we will send your e-tickets within 1-3 business days. Physical passes and memberships will be shipped to your mailing address, arriving within 5-10 business days.
Please fill out this form only if you have already received an order confirmation email from us. If you have not received a confirmation email from us yet, your order may still be in process or we have not yet received it from your school. .
Field Trip Request Form
Submitting your request AT LEAST 7 days prior to your trip date is generally best unless you are trying to book a tour or event that requires more advanced planning.
Most venues require both a date AND entry time. Please ensure you have these details ready before filling out this form. If you haven't decided on a date yet, simply complete the form once you have determined your date and entry time.
Once tickets are purchased for you, they are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled. Please verify the accuracy of your date(s) and time(s) before submitting.
Please only submit ONE form per field trip and include all guests and ages.
*Please note that some schools may have specific requirements regarding the dates tickets and memberships can be used, and these requirements must be adhered to.
Once we receive your form, we will send your e-tickets within 1-3 business days. If you don't see them in your inbox by then, please check your junk email folder prior to contacting us. If you ordered physical passes or memberships, they will be shipped to your mailing address and should arrive within 5-10 business days.
