Recommend for: Ages 10-14
River Runners: Water is dynamic in a watershed! Students will observe and interpret how water transforms the landscape. Unseen, yet tapped, ground water will be explored through experimentation. Students will recognize major sources of aquatic pollution and make inferences about pollution effects on watershed health. Exploring water conservation strategies, students will develop critical thinking skills to resolve water resource issues.
Class is limited to 12 students.
