(SOLD OUT) Leatherby’s Tour

Come visit the Leatherby’s parlor for an in-depth tour of their ice cream room and deep freezers. Students will get to see first hand how ice cream is made and the process involved in making ice cream directly on site in such vast quantities. They will also get a lesson on the history of ice cream and the Leatherby’s franchise. 

All chaperones will need an Educator Package for this experience. All students participating will need a Student Package. Due to limited space in the production rooms, younger siblings won't be able to attend.

Event Details:

• AGE/GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Field trip is for grades K-12
• ALLERGY ALERT: Please let us know right away if your student has a food allergy so we can make any necessary arrangements.
• CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Once a field trip is SOLD OUT or has reached it's cut off date, we are unable to offer refunds.
• CHAPERONE POLICY: An adult chaperone is required to accompany their student on our field trips regardless of the student age or grade level. Upon registering, you MUST INCLUDE all attending, including any additional parents/chaperones and siblings. 
• FOOD/DRINK RESTRICTIONS: No outside flood or drinks
• MEETING INSTRUCTIONS: Please gather outside the entrance by 9:45. Please be on time as we will be entering together as a group promptly at 10am.
• PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: There is plenty of parking onsite.
• SICK POLICY: To ensure the health and safety of all participants, please do not attend a field trip if either you or your student is feeling unwell or showing possible symptoms of illness.
• RELEASE OF LIABILTY: When registering, make sure to read and understand the Release of Liabiliy Policy before submitting your order

If you are a parent using charter school funds, you will still need to register here for the event in order to hold your spot. Use the coupon code listed below when checking out. You will also need to put in your order with your charter school. They will reach out to us with your request and this will confirm your field trip reservation.

Student Package: Includes engaging pre and post educational visit activities, trip organization and student access.
