Guided Hike at Ano Nuevo State Park

This field trip will be at the end of April. Please check back in August for more details. 

Join us for a 3 mile guided educational hike through the park, where students will explore its natural and cultural wonders. We'll learn about unique marine mammals, shorebirds, land mammals, and the park's human history, including the native Ohlone and historic light keepers. Our hike will take us to see the seals during their molting season, providing an excellent opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of these incredible creatures and their environment.

Important Info

• AGE/GRADE REQUIREMENTS: K-12
• ALLERGY ALERT: Please let us know right away if your student has a food allergy so we can make any necessary arrangements
• CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Once a field trip is SOLD OUT or has reached it's cut off date, we are unable to offer refunds.
• CHAPERONE POLICY: A parent chaperone is required to be present with their student on our field trips regardless of student age or grade level. Upon registering you MUST INCLUDE all attending, including any additional parents/chaperones or siblings.
• FOOD/DRINK RESTRICTIONS: To protect the animals, food is not allowed at certain points along the trail.
• PARKING AND MEETING INSTRUCTIONS: Event meetup details will be sent out a week prior to your trip.

Educator Package Includes interactive project ideas, fun and interesting facts, engaging pre- and post-field trip activities better connect the experience with your student(s) and complimentary single chaperone ticket. Does not come with student ticket.
